ict Microsoft word how to create letter templates using grids and tables?
for my ict work i have to create letter templates using grids and tables, will somebody help me on this i have no idea what im doing

- Ok here is an easy solution... open a new word document and then create a table or letter with proper format e.g., position of address to, or date postion, signature adn body of the letter or tables etc. These are all place holders so next time u have to use the template then all u have to do is change the data in those fields and save it as another word document ;) Now go to menu and save as "word template" after creating all the format and place holders... if u want to use this saved template then go to main menu and select "open" and in the filetype section select "all word templates"...
