Who offers the best plastic templates for interior design projects?

I am a student of interior design and want to start with the best templates there is on the market for drafting and floor plans.

2. There is a product called The Board. I have seen ads in Southern Living. It is a system using magnetic templates. You put the room plan on the board and use the magnatized pieces to create your design scheme. It is an excellent product. I have one and use it often in my job. It is 1/4" scale.
