How do I get resume templates for Microsoft Word?

I found a nice resume template at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC300021611033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101449251033 but I'm having trouble downloading it. I have a PC and a mac but only have Word 2004 which I think is the trouble. Can anybody download and send me a copy in a 2004 readable format? Or give me some advice on how to download this?
