Where can I customize a blank website? A free one, with no templates~?

I'm looking to make a photography website, but I already have the CSS code figured out, but I wanna find a website that can just let me paste the CSS into a box and then TADA! there's the website. Anyone know?

1. go to webs.com then click the photography one and you can put/remove all the templates that come with it.
2. You would have to have HTML to go with your CSS or you won't have a site at all, so you'd have to have some sort of working HTML template.
3. Sorry, but just pasting a CSS file does not make a web page without the corresponding HTML code and the associated selector names for the tags that you set styling for in the CSS. All web sites let you make your own site from scratch. You do not have to use their template. Just make your site locally with any good HTML editor and use the upload utility provided by the hosting site.
