Microsoft Power Point Question?
what type of document design, layout, presentation template, font, colors, and graphics do you use for a business presentation

- Use professional stuff... don't get to crazy...
- don't use something with a lot of design on it and use neutral colors like blue and green or something that goes with what you are presenting. and use a san serif font nothing too big i would stick btwn a 12-14 or depending on how much u have on one page but don't use more than six lines. i took business computer integrated skills this past semester thats how i know lol
- 1.) White background 2.) Black text (Sans-Serif or Arial) 3.) No sounds or animations 3.) Font size should be no smaller than 30 Here is something I heard before... called the 123 method no more than 10 minutes with 20 slides and font size should be 30 or above.
- I'd have to into the program and tell you exactly which but for business use a darker, very soothing color, more suited for an office. Play around with fonts until you find one that is appropriate to use. Remember: IT SHOULD NOT LOOK LIKE A SCHOOL KID DID IT!! Make it as organized as possible and very professional, get to the point quickly, do not stutter. Hope this helps ;)
