Where can i get free template for an NGO website made in CSS please tell me i shall be thankful.

1. If you do a search for "free web templates" you will find many sites that have some type of free template. Even though a lot of them are poor quality designs. And if you did a search for "free ngo templates" you will find a lot of rip-off sites that charge you a fortune for lack-luster templates. If you use eBay, you can find many great deals on template DVDs. I just recently purchased one for less than $6.00 that had a few thousand templates, and of decent to good quality. Also, there are other template sites where you pay a fee to download as many templates as you want. See source below for some additional template sites. However, if you know something about HTML, you can basically just modify almost any template to your liking. There are also very good services out there where you tell others of your project and how much you are willing to pay, and expert web designers from around the world will bid on your project. They are not paid until the project is completed. I've had very nice sites created for less than $100.00. One very good source is called Get A Freelancer. Another one is Rent A Coder.
