Edit Image Text on Website Templates, CSS and XHTML? what program to use?

Hi I want to download a free website template that is CSS and Xhtml. When I do so I can't edit some of the wording in the business name or other headings as it appears to be part of the image. I can edit the smaller text ok though. I am using Dreamweaver CS4. But do I need some kind of specialist image editor? if so which one? Has anyone any Idea of how to change the wording in the image? http://freecsstemplates.com/templates/fr… that is the template I am having difficulty with. Thanks for your help.
