How to get my avery button back in the word documents.?

I used to have a button on the top right had corner in my word documents that would let me use avery templates. It has disappeared. Does anyone know how to get this back it was so much easier than having to go through letters and mailings. Thank you.

1. which version of office is it? on 2007/2010 go to that template and right click on it > add to quick accessbar
