1. You can try to microsoft office tools. There's a tool in there for scanning images to document. It is not always accurate, and may leave you with more of a mess then it helps. Go to microsoft.com, then download then look for the microsoft office templates. you can search for invoice templates there. There's a good chance you will find a template similar to what you are looking for. With a few clicks, you can modify it to suit you.
