DH Templates

Can someone help me with Adobe Flash? Or Threadless templates?

I know how to use the photoshop templates for threadless but I need help using the flash templates, I have a felling its not as complicating as I am making it. Does anyone have a link to a tutorial? I have looked it up on u tube and just found a tutorial for photoshop. Thanks a bunch.
