What is a good website builder site that I could use? Like, one I make a subdomain off of?

I want to make a website for a novel I'm writing, technically the whole series, but i don't know which builder to use. I need one that I could, someday if I were able to, pay money to get my own domain, but for now be able to use it free as long as I want. I need something that loads easy, because as my novel isn't published, i might post just a few parts on my site. I also need to be able to make many pages. Also, I need it to be compatible with most types of widgets, in case I need chat rooms and stuff. preferably with different templates, and a way for users to make comments. Also, it does need to be free, even If i have a subdomain, and hopefully free of downloads as well. I also need the requirements to be that your are 13 or older, not 18 or older. i know these are a lot of things, but if you know a really good one that may work for what i'm doing, even if it doesn't exactly match this, please tell me. i ahve tried wetpaint, which is pretty good, but I'm looking for something else. Synthasite wasn't bad either. just now i tried sampa, but it didn't do good for me. a long time ago i tried free webs, and tried it recently, but it isn't that good. please tell me the best one. I might post this is multiple categories, because i don't know which one. perhaps books and author's, in case other writers there know a good one, and in programming and design maybe. also, if you know a site that is good that I ddon't need a subdomain for but is still free, that would be helpful.

1. You don't use a "builder" - a website is a text file, so you use a text editor. Just as you don't start writing a novel by deciding which word processor to use (learning composition, style, grammar - things like that come firts), you learn HOW to write a website before you think about what tools to use to write it.
