Writing a CV but have not had a previous job, what should it have on it?

Other than education and qualifications what can i put on my CV?

1. Surely personal achievments and stuff, any skills you have developed or anything you're specially good at, (I.E. Cooking) Publications and/or public presentation - such as have you ever spoken in public, got involved in a public debate? Did you receive any special awards, honors, grants, or scholarships? What did you receive this for? Remember a CV needs to be sharp and too the point.
