- Well for a start it shows you were willing to work at any type of job, and made a commitment, which is good, you were willing to speak to and help people which is also good.
- You have sound experience in Customer Service within the hospitality industry... Good luck with your new career, I hope you will be very happy.
- Talk about customer service, teamwork, organizational skills, and multi-tasking. examples: ...developed high caliber communication skills in face-to-face communications with the customers, often in less than ideal circumstances. ...functioned effectively as part of a team from the front of the house to culinary staff, to bus staff.
- Employment History- what you do Computer Skills- In what you do, I mean the devices in which counter as as a waitress or others. Qualification skills- like for example if you got a certificate and awards for your work or your studies. Don't mention you serve pie just for the sake of it. Make it look attractive mention the event you serve for. If you did this e.g. With the tilts, the software they might use, mention that you got experience in using it, and etc. e.g. Booking of reservation for the customers, using that software, experience of using that software. e.g. Is there event going on, mention the name of the event, date , and other job you done for the football club along with it. Don't forget to write a CV, covering letter and then Thank You letter after your first interview.
