does anyone know any where on the internet i can find a free template?

im looking for something specific, its my 18th birthday and im making the invitations. I would like classic luggage labels for my invitations, slightly bigger than business cards but not as big as your hand, i just need a template that i can write on on the computer and print! easy 10 points please help me!
