DH Templates

Hey my Microsoft Office Word 2007 will not download any templates. Does anyone know why?

Every time I go to download a template to my computer from Word it says template download error. It states that to fix the problem I must: Make sure I'm connected to the Internet (which I am); make sure your browser is not in offline mode (which I am not to sure but I'm online aren't I?); and try again later. Its extremely frustrating cause i really need these templates. Someone help!!!!

1. There's also the possibility that your copy of Office isn't genuine. Microsoft is lenient with security updates to pirated Windows and Office, but it balks at non-critical updates. It might also be balking at providing free extras such as templates to non-genuine software.
