I have downloaded a free flash web template & modified it contents with html.how can i make webpage now 4 free?

they are saying that to upload the folder containing the whole files to the server.i dont know to were i have to upload it. 2. most of the sites has built-in file manager, if you just upload index.html on the root folder, some of them also you'll see a www folder, if you do put your index.html in there if not then you can just put it anywhere and it should show that page when you access your domain, here are some list you can browse, most of them are ad free and i recommend any of them http://www.fame5.com/top-free-web-hosts/53
