Does anyone know how to insert a CSS template on Webs.com?

Formerly Freewebs.com. I know how and where to put the code, but I don't know hoe to activate it or whatever.

1. i have that problem too. some sites work. try http://snedekerdesignz.webs.com/ some work some dont. if you use the template Vector Lover, delete the credits. some templates, you have to delete the very last character.
