How do I make a website for my small business?

Hi. Im starting a small business out of my home. I will be selling. I have no clue about making a website but Im pretty creative. I bought a domain through weebly, and now Im lost. I dont like any of their layouts/templates and I dont know the website "lingo". Wheres an easy place for me to start?
