I have downloaded a free CSS website template?

for a webpage I would like to start up but it is telling me that I need to know html or css. Basically I dont know know anything about this. I just thought that I would download the file and it would actually tell me where I could input the text. Can anyone let me know where this is a free guide so I can just input text, save it and my webpage is done. I hope this makes sense. Thankyou:)

Sorry, but CSS is an abbreviation for Cascading Style Sheet, which is simply a part of HTML, the language that is used to create web pages, and is the code that tells web browsers how to display a web page. What I think you are looking for is a build-it-for-me type of product. While there are some programs (like Microsoft Frontpage) that attempt to make it easy to create web sites without knowing anything about HTML or CSS, they generally do a very poor job of it (and in Frontpage's case, add a lot of unnecessary cruft to the finished product). You might search the web (using Yahoo! or Google) for "web building tool" and see what you get. There are a lot of programs out there, and if nothing else, they'll get you started learning the craft.
2. To make a webpage you need more than just CSS. CSS is only used to style a webpage. HTML is used as your basic webpage structure, then CSS is applied to the HTML code to state font types, borders, colors, sizes, etc. So you will need to get your html started before you can see your css in action.
