How to edit the website template that i downloaded from the http://www.free-css.com/ ?

Hello I want to make a website and i have downloaded a css template from the following website http://www.free-css.com/ I am trying to edit the template from in the frontpage but it is not working as well as i want. So can you plz tell me that how to edit this template and i will like a alternate software like the Frontpage. Hope you can understand. This is a CSS Template.

1. why not just write it yourself instead of using a template? whether your editing old CSS or writing some new, try using CoffeeCup free HTML editor (it does HTML CSS and Javascript). http://www.coffeecup.com/free-editor/ it has syntax-highlighting and will give you a pop-up box of terms you might be typing, which is great if you have a bad memory or don't really know what you're doing.
