How I can install a dot (document template) file into Microsoft Office 2007?

Hi Thank you for reading my post. How I can install a dot (document template) file into Microsoft Office 2007. I want to create doc files based on this template in order to use styles and macros defined inside the template. Thanks.

1. Several ways of doing this. Create the word document you want as a template, then file save as, word template. The other way to do it is to copy the .dot file you have downloaded or created, and copy it to the template directory. it will be something like C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Templates\1033 I hope that helps.
