Is there a good software out there for creating cards, ie...referral, loyalty, punch, appointment time etc...?

I'm the manager of a small retail business and we're trying to come up with new ways to help bring in more business. I've found software for business cards but they don't say what other options they have with it. I'm looking more for a software to create and print other types of cards that are the same size like punch cards (buy 9 and get your 10th free!), referral cards, appointment cards and other "marketing" type cards. If you know of a software that has templates for this type of stuff please let me know. Thanks! :-)
