can someone give me steps in making invoice template in excel..?

i want to make my own invoice template. please give me guide for me to be able to make it in ms excel.. please thanks..

3. you should make a format in what u want to make invoice and than save it and change type to templete than u can easily get it whenever u need
4. For your header and Company name, address, phone, and any other info, Merge Cells for the header row. I can't show you how to do this here. Excel Help may. Then you can use columns and rows to enter your data/text for desired labels. Some examples. An additional header for, Date of Invoice: ________ Terms: (2% 10 days) Discount for prompt payment), (Net 10 days, or other, 30 days) etc. (This will not discount tax) Bill To: Customer ____________ Address__________-- City, state_____________ Phone, etc._________ If installation is done, to the far right, place a Title Date______________ Installed at:____________ Customer____________ Address___________ City, State___________ Phone_____________ Other Contact: All other names and phone to contact.__________ If you are only billing materials: Materials: Description...______________ Room for all used or sold. Units, Unit Price, Total______________ Delivery Charge:_______________ Other charges (These may be additional trips, etc)___________ Sales Tax:________Rate @, Total tax. (Place this at bottom of taxable materials or items. If labor is taxable, at bottom of everything) (If you bill total, including tax, don't use Tax entry) Some do this. Total Invoice:__________ If labor is involved, add Titles as needed. This is rough since I don't know the nature of your business.
