How can I make an excel invoice?

I need some help making and excel invoice template. I already have the template but i want the invoice to have buttons to save it and at the same time change the invoice number in a consecutive way (00501, 00502...). I need another button to print it and another button to clear all the costumer information but I also need to have a data base so every time that i open it i can choose from my costumers list or something like that. I have an idea how to make all this but it's not working. If someone can help me i will appreciate very much...Thank you all in advance !!
