A good website template free?

i need a good website template for free i want it in php format (if possible) it should be in tables(if good) it should be related to anime (if good) Will i have to keep copy,pasting for the template to be in it's place or i can do something with "?id=" how can i use "?id=" i'm using CSS templates

2. To say the truth, table-based layouts are absolutely terrible. I dunno why people still use those anymore, except for displaying tabular data. Tables are messy and complicated, and is a pain to edit later. It's best to get one that uses CSS and divs. Also, if you're good with graphic design, I recommend designing your own template. That would make your design unique and branded, instead of generic that anyone else can use. Google for (no quotes) "free css templates" or "free css anime templates" http://www.google.com
3. Nothing "good" is free. No "templates" are practical. If you need a template for your website, you should not be in this business. Go away from computers and become a gardner.
