Were can i find the best templates for Business plans?

Me and my friend are going to apply for a Business loan and need a nice, clean, impressive business plan. Any websites or ideas? Thanks!

1. If you're willng to pay there is quite a bit of business planning/business startup software out there that'll walk you through the process. It won't result in an A+ business plan, but it'll get you a B+ business plan. If you want better than that, you need to hire a professional to build one for you. There's lots of information at sba.gov. I found all I needed to start my business and it's doing very well.
2. The biggest mistake i made was thinking i could do my own business plan. I wrote and thought it was great. The 3 bankers I spoke didnt think so. One asked me "how come i hire an accountant to do my taxes but wouldnt hire a professional to prepare my business plan?" I found www.VanSwissBusinessPlans.com and they wrote a business plan that everyone loved. They were very affordable also, and worth it! Try them out, or spend the 4 months getting laughed and turned away from bankers. Especially in this day and age, business loans are harder and harder to come by.
