I Need Terms and Conditions Template For Goods Arriving From Overseas?

I cant find these documents online. I am starting a business and require Terms and conditions for goods arriving from another country, The payment goes from customer to me to suppiler, i cannot wholesale these goods at this point. any feedback would be great. Thanks
