Where can I get good, easy, free blogger templates?

Ok, I've had a blog with blogger for years, I used to be so good at making templates, I used to write them by hand and not use any website building tool. now since I have slacked off on that sort of thing I have forgotten a lot of things and there is also a lot of new things like widgets etc. that I have no idea what to do with or even what it is. I was looking for a place that had free templates that were simple to use and modify and were not loaded down with junk like hidden pop ups and other scripts. I would perfet something in just plain HTML formats. Thanks!
