What website has cd sleeve templates for jewel cases?

I need one where I can edit the INSIDE of the cd sleeve, not just the front and back. Do you know where I can find some templates of these?

1. The inside of the sleeve uses the same template as the outside. After printing the outside, reverse the paper, create the inside and print on the opposite side of the paper.
