Microsoft Word question?

is there anyway i can insert one document into another? Im doing a business plan for a restaurant... I needed menus so I used a template from the database. however, its in landscape view is there anyway i can enter that into my business plan that is viewed as portrait? ive tried chaging it over to portrait but the menu gets all smushed together and you cant read it.

1. Open up the file in Word. (assuming 2007) Go to the page layout tab, then press orientation, then press portrait. Now save it.
