Can I set my address as a template?
I have Microsoft Office 2007 and have a lot of letters to do. I am so fed up with having to type out my address each time. I have tried to set my address as a template but failed miserably, does anyone know if I can do it and if so how? - thanks

- Yes, very easily. Open Word, set your margins and I would advise changing the top margin from 2.54 to, say, 1.5 so that the address doesn't take up too much room, then typing your address how you want, with logo even then click on the save icon and when the save as box comes up, don't bother navigating to a specific folder, but go down to the name box, cal it letterhead or whatever you want, then click on the downward arrow to the side of the file format box, immediately below file name, and scroll down to template. This will save it as a .dotx document in the templates folder when you click on the save button. Now close the document. When you want to use your template, open Word, click on Office Button, down to My templates, click on that and any template you have created will be in main pane in middle of window, double click on letterhead if that is what you call it and your template comes in as a normal document so you can type your leter save it with a name and your template remains in tact.
