Are there website templates for small webshops for free?

I always wanted to try to make a webshop, but it's hard to make a website with counter and shoppingbasket etc. Are there premade websites for free on the internet that I can use. I want to register my own domein so the shop is easy to find on the internet. Thanks for your help.

It lets you put Photo's, pictures, games video's, and a whole lot more on there. It is free and is easy to use, it is also a great website maker for starters.
