Web hosting for Flash site?

I am literally at the end of my rope! LOL.... I purchased a Flash template from TemplateMonster.com. I've done all the editing and was ready to upload it onto my Microsoft Office Live Small Business site. Big mistake because for whatever reason, it's not working and I am so done with them. So what do I do now? This means that I need a new web hosting company, correct? And it also means that I have to transfer my domain name to a new place, correct? Any suggestions on who's good for REASONABLE prices? Also, is there anything that I should look out for? (By the way, I'm running Windows XP... I don't know what other information you might need to help answer my question) Please help me!
