Where can I learn to add flash material like Wix?

Hi I have been interested in flash web design and know a little about it. I am at the point where I can edit a flash template and upload it to my URL through dreamweaver. But, I want to learn the tricks of Flash like adding Contact forms and youtube videos and adding more pages to your template and creating picture slide shows and pop up windows within flash. I have seen tons of these features on Wix.com but the problem is I need to be able to create multiple sights, add free, without having to pay $9 a month for each one on Wix. Another problem I have with Wix is that I will have to point my domain to a Wix sight since I cant download the flash source files created with Wix. I cant seem to find a good site with tutorials on how to do these types of things. Can anyone help? Thanks!
