can someone with photoshop help me make this header please! :)?

Oh I wanted to add the reason I need someone to do this for me is I don't have any type of photoshop program Thank you so much Karen! It's perfect, I used the lower case one but I may end up changing it later so I saved both... would you like credit on my blog... let me know where to link if thats the case.
