DH Templates

trying to start a website and i need a nice template i can use with blogger.com?

its a site for my friend and shes a girly girl but she wants to seem serious as well....can someone help me find a nice template??? It must have contact information and email me and all of those options at the top of the page....blogger templates look really cheap....I need a free or low cost professional one.
