What's a nice, sophisticated slide design for PowerPoint?

I'm not really impressed with the design templates that come with PowerPoint 2003, and I would like a nice, sophisticated design for my slide show. I would like something with a solid background color, and a nice design that doesn't make it difficult to read the text. Also, it should be free. Please and thanks!
