Where do I find the best flash templates at the best price (free or not)?

I have been going around the web trying to find a decent flash web site template to use. I went to the free flash template sites first, but they were all crappy or used on tons of other sites across the web. Then I tried the flash templates you purchase, but they are all priced about the same $50-$80. I wonder if there is a place where there is like the middle of the road, where I can get the best bang for my buck?
