DH Templates

There's any templates in Microsoft Word to make legal claims, appellations and other legal paperwork?

  1. No. You need the proper legal forms & filings for your state. These are not standard legal forms (like, e.g. wills) that you could buy at Staples or other stores either. See your attorney for such matters as these.
  2. You REALLY need to seek the advice of an Attorney. Seeking legal advice over the Internet is NOT a good idea - the field of Law is too complex for that (ESPECIALLY for Wills). Plus every state is different - every county is different. If you have just ONE word wrong, you could lose everything. This is one area that doing things "on the cheap" is not a good idea. Call your local (usually county) bar association. Ask them for names of lawyers regarding the type of matter that you seek. When you call the law office(s), insist on speaking with the Attorney. Do not tell all the little details of your matter to the Secretary - save the details for the Lawyer. When you get the Attorney on the phone line, ask him/her: - Do they give FREE, initial consultations? - How much do they charge? - Do they accept payments on their accounts? - Can they help you? OR Refer you to someone who can help you?
