Where can I find some good templates for a CD cover?

I have to do this CD cover for my college application demo CD. All the templates I've found are PDF files, and they don't help me at all. I want something I can insert my images and information into (for free). Is there any templates for Microsoft Office or something? I'm pretty sure CD Covers.cc is all covers made by pre existing artists. I want to make my own.

1. There are a lot of cd covers software available out on the market these days. Try: http://www.freewarefiles.com/cat_6_216_CD-DVD-Cover-Printing.html There are several software to choice from for you to try out. This way you can insert your own design and then simply print. As for templates, you might have to go into microsoft office website to see if they have any. Goodluck.
