how to change text on all the business cards at the same time in Microsoft Office Word business card template?

I have a template downloaded into word and there are 10 cards but when you go to change the text it only changes on one card. Thanks I want to change the text (not colour or style) but just to put my name etc. instead of those on the template but it only changes in one card instead of all

  1. Click your cursor on the text, press Edit, select all or Control and A at same time. Go to format or the font list and change just the name. If you change the size all of it will change and you probably want different sizes for header, name, addr, etc good luck
  2. Business card templates are just a table with separate copies of the same text. Do this to change them all: 1. Edit one copy the way you want it to be. 2. With the cursor, select that entire copy. 3. Press CTRL and C at the same time to copy it into the clipboard (a hidden place for stuff being copied). 4. Again with the cursor, select an entire copy you want to change. 5. Press CTRL and V to replace it with the new copy. 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for all the other copies. Note that this also works for any changes you make, size, font, color, ... Hope that helps.
  3. You can either delete 9 of them keeping just one, changing that then copying, selecting all other label cells and pasting so that the other 9 labels are automatically created in one fell swoop or, having changed the first label, highlight, double click on format painter, and drag that over the other 9 labels. Format Painter if you don't already know, is very useful - it copies styles, but sorry, just reread your question, so first part of this answer is what you should go for.
