Microsoft Office programs that create newspaper-like articles?

I'm trying to type out an article, but I don't want to download any new programs. Is there a template in Microsoft Office that could do that?

1. Download a template from the Microsoft word website, they're free. Make sure you have the Version of the programme that the template was designed for.
