Does anyone know a program that will convert a html code into a css code?

I'm looking for a program that will convert a html code into a css code. I'm trying to change my webs.com template/layout. Thanks!

2. You can try this handy tool http://andylangton.co.uk/stuff/css-html-converter paste your html where it says "[Convert to CSS] Please type in an HTML style (or a list of styles, carriage-return separated)" :)
3. You cant convert html code into css code. CSS is designed to edit existing HTML code, CSS is to do with changing the design of your layout and template which you will make with ordinary html. EDIT: It seems I was wrong according to the answers above.
