What is the best free website hosting site? 10pts best answer?

examples: freewebs, and homestead. Don't use the 2 i just mentioned because they both are terrible. I want a website where I don't need to know html but if i learn it later i can implement it into my site. I also want to have a lot of options for backgrounds, start up templates, video uploads ect.

3. http://blogger.com will let you edit html and css. Unfortunately, it doesn't have too many nice start up templates. http://choseit.com does, and they also let you edit your css. Another plus is that they aren't so hard to use. http://weebly.com is the easiest of all, but they don't have the ability to edit html (however, they are working on it).

5. I know about PapaTiger.com WebSite Tonight. Its not free but you can build your site without html knowledge. It really gives your a lot to work with. And its cheap. They also have a tool for building an e-commerce web site without programming knowledge - its called Quick Shopping Cart. If you are just looking for free hosting you will also get it at PapaTiger.com. This option comes with domain registration and its add supported (just on top of page).
