Free CMS system for real estate?

I have an existing real estate website with no search features and all the house details i have to enter manually by using frontpage...I need a content management system where i can just simply insert a code into my website that will display and image of the house and the details on the right hand side.....I have used many and they allways require editing of their built in templates.
