Webpage design who to use?

Okay I honestly don't know much about web page design, host or SEO. I used a very crappy template for my current web page. I realize that flash based template will not be a good option. What companies/ templates to you recommend as I don't have the money for someone to design it. Any help appreciated thanks

1. If you are looking for basic, although nicely structured page design, look for Yahoo's web hosting. You can create your own and its real simple. Its cheap at $13/mth for hosting and building your own website. SEO is separate and you need to look into each one carefully. I haven't manage SEO yet but its in the works soon.
2. You can use http://www.GotHosting.org and after you sign up request a Sitebuilder account. This is a cool system that will automate building a simple but professional site for you. Also, I know that GotHosting has several templates to use for free for it's customers along with a lot of free software you can install instantly using fantastico (through their cpanel). Once you sign up, you can go to their support http://www.GotHosting.org/osticket and they'll help you through every step of the way.
