I want to make a web site template. But i dont understand how to edit. can someone help?

I have a small bizz.i own a web page already. but i want to make it a lil more up to date. I was searching for free website templates. I found a few but they seem very hard to edit. . if someone can help me bu giving me the address to free templates easy to edit lol' or explain to me how to do it. like what is the differences between flash html and css templates.

2. There are so many free templates available online. You can check it at www.opendesigns.org Flash templates you need flash to editi and for css templates, you can open it with any programs. you need to understand css in order for you to edit them.
3. They are kind of hard to edit. A lot of templates are constructed using many design elements so picing the right one is hard. best consult a professional, maybe post an ad to craigslist with how much you'd pay somebody. you might find somebody to help.
