Where can I find free web page layouts?

I'm looking for free web page layouts for my website. I know how to do them but I like the pre made ones. I don't want the Free Css Templates.. Thanks in advanced :)

4. When I was looking for good quality free web templates, I found a lot of crap but I also discovered some real gems... The 'best of the best' are at the source link below. Take a look, you'll find some really cool templates and themes for all types of sites such as html, css, flash, wordpress, joomla and more. You may see something that catches your eye.
5. Hi, good question... For web site templates or free web page layouts I have a suggestion that might work out OK for you. Basically it's just free monthly websites. You of course will need to open up a software tool or html editor and make your changes, and build the templates exactly how you want them: http://hurleypix.com/fmw What happens is that they give you a 10 page website on a specific niche every month. You're free to do what you want with it. You can monetize it, or modify it, or upload it to your own host, etc. I'm pretty sure these are html templates and not CSS too. Once you have these free monthly templates then you could upload them to a host - etc etc... But I'm pretty sure you'll know what to do anyway. :) Hope that helps anyway... Thanks, Martin
