Website Ideas ?? Non - Profit?

I Would like to create a website, which is very useful to people, but i dont want to spend a single penny, nor do i wanna make a single penny, i have a domain, i Know Html, Css, Im Learning Php, and javascript, my ultimate aim would to make a game like runescape or habbo, but i really do not know how i want it to be simple,and not very many pages, also is there any Really Good High Professional templates for free (Optional) Thanks, :D

1. You can find template I mean general template in many web site like this http://www.templatemonster.com And about create game , you need to read book about create game by php , because it is not easy to create game .
2. You should design a website for people to answer their questions. You could make the topics anything, or something specific to most peoples interests.
3. Try make website based on wordpress script. Make some article related your domain ( minimally 20). Register to google adsense account. If you got google adsense account, making much another website and add adsense
