Website Template Design Help?

Hello all, I am just wondering if anyone out can help. I have just downloaded a website template that I plan to use on my website. On the downloaded files there are elements like Styles, HTML Index and Images. Does anyone know of any free software out there that can allow me to design my template by using all these elements. Then once done I can upload them to my website server. Thanks

2. The styles and HTML are text, so any text editor. the images are graphic files, so any graphic editor.
3. You probably already have one sitting on your PC. Microsoft notepad, found in the start menu (All programs>Accessories) if using Windows. If not using Windows other editors are available, such as Pico for Linux or Simple Text for Mac. See http://www.freewebtutorial.co.uk to get started.
